SWEET DREAM HOUSE RESCUE saves at-risk homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters and dangerous situations. We prioritize taking in homeless cats and dogs. We do accept a limited number of owner surrender dogs and cats if we have available fosters.
IF YOU FIND A STRAY CAT OR DOG, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL COUNTY SHELTER. Please also have the cat or dog scanned for a microchip at any vet's office. If the animal isn't chipped, please post them as "found" on lost and found sites on Facebook, on Nextdoor, etc. If an owner cannot be found and the public shelter cannot take them in, you may fill out a surrender request form.

Our dogs must be fully vetted prior to being made available for adoption. They must be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, tested for heartworms and flea/tick borne diseases. If your dog is not fully vetted, we will request that you make a donation to help pay for his/her vetting. We are a non-profit, all-volunteer rescue funded by donations.
